CARIES DETECTION WITH FLUORESCENCE
Detecta Precision is a caries detector with fluorescent light: green light indicates healthy surfaces, red fluorescence indicates caries.
The advantages:
- Immediate, absolutely safe and pain-free diagnosis for the patient, as the waste products of bacterial metabolism react to light by emitting different coloured light.
- Optimised integration of visual and radiographic examination.
- Preservation and care of healthy tooth substance because, given the extreme precision of caries detection, caries removal will be targeted, without affecting any healthy part of the tooth.
- Ease of use and maintenance because it is wireless and can be used anywhere, facilitating the use and diagnosis of caries located in difficult places such as interdental or cervical.
TOOTH TRANSFORMER
A device capable of transforming teeth that a patient has extracted and retained throughout their life (milk teeth, fractured teeth, wisdom teeth, teeth extracted for pyorrhoea) into a material that is used to regenerate lost bone.
Many people do not know that there are substances in our teeth, morphogenetic proteins, which stimulate the natural ability to regenerate lost bone.
This machine is very useful for all those patients who need dental implants but do not have enough bone. Of course there are also alternatives to regenerate bone if you don’t have your own teeth to reuse, but they take longer and are more expensive!
DIGITAL ORTHOPANORAMIC
Digital orthopanoramic is a non-invasive examination lasting about one minute, showing both dental arches in a single image: allowing assessments of the patient’s dentition and the thickness of the maxillary and mandibular bone. Digital orthopanoramic also reveals disorders such as: interstitial caries, included teeth or dental malformations and also any bone, inflammatory or cystic lesions.
The patient holds a support between his teeth while standing still and the detectors rotate around him; emitting a very low amount of radiation that is completely safe even for paediatric patients.
3D VOLUMETRIC CT SCAN (CONE BEAM)
3D Volumetric CT scan (Cone Beam) is an examination that uses the most advanced digital technology and software data processing to obtain a highly detailed 3D model of the skull. By emitting controlled radiation, it is possible to obtain information to analyse the state of the tissues and bones that support the teeth, identifying many disorders such as: periodontitis, included teeth, bone abnormalities and temporomandibular joint disorders. In addition, the 3D Volumetric CT scan can be used to plan orthodontic treatments, dental implant insertions and, more generally, a series of surgical procedures with such precision that they are almost minimally invasive.
FOX III DIODE LASER
The Fox III is one of the most technologically advanced diode lasers on the market. The green beam that it emits guarantees optimal visibility in a wide range of conditions, including very complex ones. In addition, treatment with the Fox III diode laser allows the procedure to be carried out without pain for the patient. The session is quicker, healing times are shorter than with traditional therapies: among the clinical advantages, the diode laser eliminates bacteria, stimulates the tissues and has an analgesic function. The Fox III diode laser can be used to treat a wide range of conditions from periodontitis and gingivitis to surgery, implant placement and whitening.
GUIDED SURGERY
Using digital technology, guided surgery makes it possible to obtain a 3D model of the patient’s mouth, from which the doctor obtains a true-to-life model on which a surgical mask or template is then made. This makes it possible to carry out surgery with considerable precision, reducing the number of incisions to a minimum and only making those that are strictly necessary for the planned treatment. The advantage of guided surgery is also that it makes the outcome of an operation extremely predictable as it is planned virtually.
MAGNETIC MALLET (SURGERY - MAXILLARY SINUS LIFT)
The Magnetic Mallet is a latest generation instrument and its applications are linked to dental surgery, proving decisive for maxillary sinus lift operations: above all for the bone expansion phase, in order to successfully insert dental implants. Through the electromagnetic impact generated by the Magnetic Mallet, it is possible to obtain a permanent but localised deformation of the bone. Without causing dizziness in the patient in the post-operative phase and with a very precise intervention. In addition, the adjustable intensity allows for repeatable protocols, a result that is difficult to achieve with manual instruments.
VR VISORS ideal when treating children
VR (Virtual reality) viewers allow children, once worn, to comfortably watch their favorite movie or cartoon or other multimedia content to entertain them while the dentist conducts the session. The benefit is not limited to simple comfort for young patients, but allows for greater cooperation by preventing fear of the dentist and allowing young children to consider the visit pleasant, comfortable: almost relaxing
PIEZOELECTRIC BONE SURGERY
Piezoelectric bone surgery is a technique that uses ultrasonic microvibrations to cut through bone without damaging soft tissue. Piezoelectric bone surgery is applied in several fields of dentistry: from periodontics to implantology, endodontics, orthodontics and maxillofacial surgery. Piezoelectric bone surgery allows very precise incisions to be made without bleeding, ensuring the maximum comfort to the patient and facilitating all stages of the procedure.
